Valve assembly

Valve assembly consists of valve body assembly and valve seat, it is the key part of hydraulic end of mud pump and one of the most used wearing parts during drilling work, its quality directly affects the service life of liquid cylinder. According to the form of the inner hole of the valve seat, it can be divided into through-hole valves, three-bar valves and four-bar valves, and the valve assembly usually refers to through-hole valves. The valve body and valve seat produced by our company are made of high-quality alloy steel 20CrMnTi carburized and quenched, processed in strict accordance with the requirements of the drawing process, with high finish, high strength, high toughness, and surface hardness greater than HRC60.

Valve body assembly consists of valve body, valve rubber skin, valve nut, guide frame, gland, card spring, steel ball and so on. Among them, the valve rubber skin is made of polyurethane material, which makes the life span of the valve assembly improve as a whole, more than 600 hours under normal use conditions. Our products have passed the American Petroleum Institute API7K certification, product quality has reached the international and domestic leading level, and won the praise of customers at home and abroad.
